TRIBUTE BRICK TO BARRY MORSE AND MERELY PLAYERS

Actor Barry Morse and the main production crew of the television program Merely Players have been honored with the permanent placement of a tribute brick at the entrance to the television studios of MetroEast Community Media (formerly Multnomah Community Television), located in Gresham, Oregon. The primary production team of Merely Players consisted of: Daril Anthes (Director), Loren Coulter (Production Advisor), Stan Saunders (Lighting Director), Robert E. Wood (Associate Producer), and Anthony Wynn (Producer).

SCIENCE FICTION WALL AT POWELL'S BOOKS

Barry Morse was honored in July 2003 by Powell's Books in Portland, Oregon for his contributions to televised science fiction. This includes Space: 1999, The Martian Chronicles, The Outer Limits, and other shows. The famed book store invited Barry to add his signature on their famous wall of science fiction authors and personalities. A crowd of fans joined Barry as he made his mark.
